Be Mine - Pudding Sprinkle Cookies
These adorable Valentines Day pudding sprinkle cookies are the perfect treat for your sweetheart.
Ingredients
- 1 Stick Unsalted Butter, Softened
- 1 Cup White Granulated Sugar
- 1 TSP Baking Soda
- 2 Eggs
- 1 TSP Vanilla Extract
- 1 TSP Salt
- 1 Pack Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 1/2-1 Cup Valentines Sprinkles Depending on your sprinkle amount preference...I like alot!
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a stand mixer or large bowl with hand held mixer, cream butter and sugar together.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract. Combine well.
- Add pudding mixture, stir for about 1 minute.
- Add flour, baking soda and salt. Combine well.
- Add your sprinkles and mix for another minute until evenly distributed into do.
- Chill dough for about 30 minutes.
- Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes.
