This honey mustard chicken salad is so easy, very tasty and healthy! It will satisfy your consumers and keep them nice and full!

Chicken that’s been marinated in a honey mustard dressing, honey and spices is sautéed until juicy and tender. Placed on top of a bed of lettuce, along with red onion, avocado, cherry tomatoes and sweet corn, drizzled with honey mustard dressing. Its as simple, and easy as that!

Marinating chicken is so important for that amazing flavor and juiciness! This would be perfect to marinate the chicken the night before you plan on making this recipe. Or even a few hours at least.

Trust me, it makes all the difference!

You can serve this salad any way you’d like, but I think its so convenient to serve in a large bowl or long serving plate, just so people can’t take whatever they’d like.

So many colors. I love it!
