Spooky Baked Potatoes

These spooky baked potatoes are perfect for this time of the year…Halloween! Get your friends and family in the Halloween spirit by making these spooky spuds!

Ok, so if you don’t know this about me, I love Halloween! Everything about it. These spooky baked potatoes are the perfect side dish to serve this time of the year!

Plan on having a special Halloween dinner with the family? Maybe having some friends over? If you make these guys, they will be a huge hit!

Even though they are supposed to be scary, they put a smile on my face! They are just so awesome, and different.

Im sure you’ve carved a pumpkin before, right? Well, if you haven’t…go get yourself a pumpkin, and carve an awesome face in it!

Making these potatoes is super easy, and just like carving a pumpkin. Except, you are using a pretty sharp knife…so BE CAREFUL!!

You literally just carefully cut eyes, a nose and mouth. Then carefully take the top of the knife and flick the piece you cut out. And keep carving and cutting until you get a nice deep carve.

The cool thing about these guys is they don’t have to be perfect or symmetrical. In fact, they actually look better if they aren’t perfect!

Place them on a lined baking sheet, drizzle with some olive oil and salt, and bake!

When you bake them, their faces become more distinct, and you can see them more!

You can have some fun making these baked potatoes! You can make them each have different faces and different expressions!

Enjoy!
