Spooky Baked Potatoes
Ingredients
- 4-6 Small Russet or White Potatoes
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Line a bakin sheet with parchment paper or cooking spray.
- Wash potatoes and pat dry.
- With a small paring knife, CAREFULLY carve out faces in potatoes.
- Place potatoes face side up on baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and rub around to coat evenly. Sprinkle with salt.
- Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes. Potatoes are done when knife goes through middle easily.
