Method
- Cook your starch according to the package.
- Saute garlic on medium-high heat until fragrant. About 1 minute.
- Add ground turkey. Cook turkey until its done. Drain fat.
- Add soy sauce, honey, and ginger. Mix until combined well with turkey.
- Simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
- Serve on top of starch of choice. Enjoy!
