Sweet Korean Turkey With Couscous

Servings: 3 People

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Ground Turkey
  • 2 Cups CousCous you can use white rice, or whichever type of starch you'd like
  • 3 Cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce I used reduced sodium
  • 1/4 TSP Ground Ginger

Method
 

  1. Cook your starch according to the package.
  2. Saute garlic on medium-high heat until fragrant. About 1 minute.
  3. Add ground turkey. Cook turkey until its done. Drain fat.
  4. Add soy sauce, honey, and ginger. Mix until combined well with turkey.
  5. Simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
  6. Serve on top of starch of choice. Enjoy!
