Method
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Wash, peel and cut up sweet potatoes. Make sure to cut them into long somewhat thin French fry shapes.
- Add cut up potatoes to large bowl.
- Add olive oil, onion powder and salt to bowl with cut up potatoes.
- Mix around until every fry is coated.
- Dump fries on a large baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper.
- Make sure to spread them out so they aren't on top of each other and have some space.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the fries start to brown and crisp up.
- In meantime, make aioli by mixing together mayonnaise and sriracha.
- Heat aioli mixture in microwave for about 10 seconds. Set aside.
- When fries are done, place on serving dish with aioli for dipping. Enjoy!
