Method
- Cut tomatoes into 1/2 inch thin slices and place in a large casserole dish, or a large shallow dish.
- In a bowl, mix together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar, garlic, basil, red onion, salt and pepper.
- Pour marinade mixture all over tomatoes, cover tomatoes with plastic wrap and let marinate for 2-3 hours.
- Enjoy!
