Large Clove of Garlic, finely minced

Fresh Basil, minced

Black Pepper, to taste
Instructions
Cut tomatoes into 1/2 inch thin slices and place in a large casserole dish, or a large shallow dish.
In a bowl, mix together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar, garlic, basil, red onion, salt and pepper.
Pour marinade mixture all over tomatoes, cover tomatoes with plastic wrap and let marinate for 2-3 hours.
