The Easiest Bagel Recipe

This is probably the easiest bagel recipe you will ever make! It’s also known as the weight watcher bagel recipe. It uses only non fat greek yogurt, and self rising flour!

This is the easiest bagel recipe, and they are amazing. They only call for 2 ingredients. Self rising flour, and non fat greek yogurt. If you don’t happen to have self rising flour, no worries. You can make your own by mixing together flour, baking soda and salt! Thats exactly what I did.

These bagels are also known as the Weight Watcher bagels. Because they are so low in fat, carbs, sugar and sodium they are only 2 points!

They are so fluffy and soft on the inside, and have that perfect bagel crust on the outside. You can use whatever topping you’d like. I used dried onions!

It just blows my mind that greek yogurt and self rising flour can create a bagel! A delicious one at that.

These guys taste even better when they are toasted up with some butter! Or even as is, a little toasted for a nice crunch. They are amazing either way.

When rolling them into bagel shapes, you can either poke a hole in the middle of your dough ball, or roll out a rope of dough that’s about 3/4 inch thick, and make it into a connected circle.

Enjoy!
