Method
- Preheat oven to 375º. Prepare baking sheet with non stick cooking spray or silpat mat.
- In a medium size bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt.
- Add greek yogurt and mix around under dough forms.
- Place dough on well floured surface and knead about 15 times.
- Divide dough into 4 balls. Roll out into 3/4 inch ropes and make into a connected circle, or poke a hole in middle of dough ball with finger.
- Place bagels on baking sheet. Brush egg wash on top of each bagel and add desired toppings.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool. Enjoy!!
