Preheat oven to 320 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or non stick spray.
Combine almonds, flour, salt, cinnamon, sugar. Mix well.
Add butter, egg yolk, egg until well blended.
Take dough ball out of bowl and place on plastic wrap or wax paper, cover and let chill in fridge for about 20 minutes.
Once your dough has chilled, take tablespoon size pieces of dough and roll into hand making a long log, making sure to make the middle bigger and the ends smaller. Bend into a crescent shape.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Let cool completely. Dust the tops of the cookies with confectioners sugar.
