Mix softened cream cheese and fluff together until well combined.
Pour mixture into ready crust.
Add the mini marshmallows on top in even layer.
Cover and let set in fridge for a few hours or overnight.
Whenever you are ready to serve pie, right before, you want to roast your marshmallows.
Preheat your oven broiler to Low heat.
Place cheesecake on middle rack. Keep a close eye on it to make sure the marshmallows arent burning. The roasting process only takes a few seconds with the broiler.
Once the marshmallows have a nice golden brown tint to them, they are done.
Heat up your hot fudge, or melt your milk chocolate chips. Drizzle on top of roasted marshmallows.
Add crushed graham crackers.
Enjoy right away while everything is still warm on top!
