No Bake S'mores Cheesecake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Ready Crust Graham Pie Crust
  • 7 1/2 oz. Jar Marshmallow Fluff
  • 1 8 oz. Block Softened Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/2 Cups Mini Marshmallows
  • 1/2 Cup Milk Chocolate Chips (melted) OR 1/2 Cup of chocolate fudge heated up (recommended)
  • 2 TBS Crushed Graham Crackers

Instructions
 

  • Mix softened cream cheese and fluff together until well combined.
  • Pour mixture into ready crust.
  • Add the mini marshmallows on top in even layer.
  • Cover and let set in fridge for a few hours or overnight.
  • Whenever you are ready to serve pie, right before, you want to roast your marshmallows. Preheat your oven broiler to Low heat.
  • Place cheesecake on middle rack. Keep a close eye on it to make sure the marshmallows arent burning. The roasting process only takes a few seconds with the broiler.
  • Once the marshmallows have a nice golden brown tint to them, they are done.
  • Heat up your hot fudge, or melt your milk chocolate chips. Drizzle on top of roasted marshmallows.
  • Add crushed graham crackers. Enjoy right away while everything is still warm on top!
