Baked Chicken Thighs Stuffed With Herbed Butter

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 2.5 lbs Chicken Thighs
  • 1 tbs Fresh Sage
  • 1 tsp Fresh Thyme
  • sprinkle Salt
  • sprinkle Onion Powder
  • sprinkler Garlic Powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Chop up your herbs.
  • Melt butter in microwave for about 30 seconds in 10 second increments.
  • Add chopped herbs to melted butter. Mix. Set aside.
  • Place chicken thighs on cooking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Spread herbed butter under chicken skin with a silicone basting brush.
  • Cook for 45 minutes.
  • When 45 minutes are up, set oven to broiler on low heat, and broil for about 1-2 minutes just to crisp up the skin. Keep an eye on it and make sure not to burn.
