Be Mine - Pudding Sprinkle Cookies

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Stick Unsalted Butter, Softened
  • 1 Cup White Granulated Sugar
  • 1 TSP Baking Soda
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 TSP Vanilla Extract
  • 1 TSP Salt
  • 1 Pack Instant Vanilla Pudding
  • 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2-1 Cup Valentines Sprinkles Depending on your sprinkle amount preference...I like alot!

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a stand mixer or large bowl with hand held mixer, cream butter and sugar together.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Combine well.
  4. Add pudding mixture, stir for about 1 minute.
  5. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Combine well.
  6. Add your sprinkles and mix for another minute until evenly distributed into do.
  7. Chill dough for about 30 minutes.
  8. Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes.
  9. Enjoy!
