Method
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cube your butternut squash into small cubes.
- Add to large mixing bowl. Add olive oil, maple syrup, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, sage and cinnamon. Mix around well until everything is combined.
- Line large baking sheet with parchment paper. Dump squash out on a pan in an even layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes. It depends on how big or small your cubes are. Once they are tender and a fork goes through them easily, they are done. Or when they start to brown.
