Best Ever Oven Roasted Butternut Squash

Sweet and savory squash roasted until its perfectly tender.
Servings: 3 People

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2-2 lbs. Cubed Butternut Squash Make sure they are small cubes
  • 2 TBSP olive oil
  • 2 TBSP. 100% Pure Maple Syrup
  • 2 Pinches Salt
  • 1 Pinch Black Pepper
  • 1/4 TSP Cinnamon
  • 1/2 TSP Onion Powder
  • 1/4 TSP Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 TSP Sage, chopped You can use fresh sage or dried

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cube your butternut squash into small cubes.
  3. Add to large mixing bowl. Add olive oil, maple syrup, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, sage and cinnamon. Mix around well until everything is combined.
  4. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper. Dump squash out on a pan in an even layer.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes. It depends on how big or small your cubes are. Once they are tender and a fork goes through them easily, they are done. Or when they start to brown.
