Method
- In a large saute pan over medium high heat, cook chicken for 5-7 minutes. Flip over and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Take chicken out of pan and place on plate. Set aside.
- Lower heat to medium low, and in same pan add garlic, brown sugar, water salt and pepper. Mix around.
- Add chicken back into pan and cook for another 10 minutes. Sauce will become thick and bubbly. Make sure to spoon sauce over chicken once in a while.
- When chicken is done, spoon sauce over each piece and sprinkle with cut up scallions.
- Enjoy!
