Burger Bowls
These healthy burger bowls are the perfect alternative to an actual burger. Everything you would get on a burger and more is served on top of fresh crispy crunchy lettuce. Forget the carb loaded bun!

For The Burger Meat
- 1 1/2 - 2 lbs. lean ground beef
- olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For The Salad
- romaine lettuce
- cherry tomatoes, halved
- dill pickles, chips
- sliced red onion
Special Sauce
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons ketchup
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons pickle juice
- 2 tablespoons dill relish
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Add the ground beef and spices. Brown the beef breaking it up as it cooks, until it is fully cooked through.
While the beef is cooking, make the special sauce. Add all of the ingredients to a small bowl and whisk together until well combined.
Drain beef of any liquid/fat.
Assemble your burger bowls. Start with romaine lettuce, then add the toppings and cooked ground beef. Drizzle with special sauce over everything.
