Cabbage Crunch Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Medium Head Green Cabbage Chopped/shredded finely
  • 1/2 Medium Head Purple Cabbage Chopped/shredded finely
  • 1 Cup Carrots, shredded
  • 1-2 TBSP Green Onions
  • 1 Cup Frozen Edamame, cooked
  • 1 Cup Lightly Salted, Roasted Cashews Halves
  • 1 Cup Crunchy Chow Mein Noodles
  • Sesame Ginger Dressing You can make your own or buy one already made

Instructions
 

  • Finely shred/chop your cabbage. Add to large bowl.
  • Add your shredded carrots, cooked edamame, diced green onions, cashews, and chow mein noodles.
  • Drizzle dressing on top. Mix around until everything is well dressed and combined.
  • Enjoy!
