Cabbage Crunch Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Medium Head Green Cabbage Chopped/shredded finely
  • 1/2 Medium Head Purple Cabbage Chopped/shredded finely
  • 1 Cup Carrots, shredded
  • 1-2 TBSP Green Onions
  • 1 Cup Frozen Edamame, cooked
  • 1 Cup Lightly Salted, Roasted Cashews Halves
  • 1 Cup Crunchy Chow Mein Noodles
  • Sesame Ginger Dressing You can make your own or buy one already made

Method
 

  1. Finely shred/chop your cabbage. Add to large bowl.
  2. Add your shredded carrots, cooked edamame, diced green onions, cashews, and chow mein noodles.
  3. Drizzle dressing on top. Mix around until everything is well dressed and combined.
  4. Enjoy!
