Chocolate Chip Banana Protein Muffins
Muffins that are packed with protein and good for you ingredients. They are super moist and super delish!

- 2 Cups Kodiak Power Cakes Mix, buttermilk
- 2 Ripe Bananas, mashed
- 1 Cup Almond Milk, unsweetened
- 1 Egg
- ¼ Cup 100% Real Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ Cup Dark Chocolate Chips I set about 2 tablespoons of the chocolate chips aside to sprinkle on top of the muffins before baking to give them a cute look!
Preheat oven to 350°. generously spray a 12 cup muffin pan with non stick spray or line with muffin cup liners. Set aside.
In medium bowl, mash bananas well. Add all wet ingredients to bowl with bananas. Whisk well until well combined.
In a separate bowl, add kodiak power cake mix and cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients mixture.
Add chocolate chips and mix in batter.
Using a tablespoon size scoop, scoop batter into muffin cups, filling with equal and even amounts.
If you set aside some chocolate chips toad on top, do so.
Bake in preheated oven for 22 minutes. Test to make sure they are done by inserting toothpick in center. If it comes out clean they are done!
