Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 Skinless + Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 3 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 3 Stalks Celery, diced
  • ½ Cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 1 oz. Package Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 3 Green Onions for topping
  • Blue Cheese Crumbles (optional) for topping
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Spray bottom and sides of crockpot with non stick spray.
  • Place chicken breasts in crockpot.
  • Add chicken broth, celery, buffalo wing sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, salt and ranch dressing mix. Mix everything together. Add cream cheese.
  • Cover and cook for 6-8 hours on low or 3-4 hours on high.
  • Take chicken breasts out and shred with fork. Place back in crockpot and cook for another 10 minutes.
  • Serve topped with green onions and blue cheese (optional).
  • Enjoy!
