Spray bottom and sides of crockpot with non stick spray.
Place chicken breasts in crockpot.
Add chicken broth, celery, buffalo wing sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, salt and ranch dressing mix. Mix everything together. Add cream cheese.
Cover and cook for 6-8 hours on low or 3-4 hours on high.
Take chicken breasts out and shred with fork. Place back in crockpot and cook for another 10 minutes.
Serve topped with green onions and blue cheese (optional).
