Method
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together oats, nuts, cinnamon, honey and hemp seed hearts. (things will get a little sticky and crumbly, but keep mixing and pressing your spoon into the mixture. Eventually the mixture will come together.)
- Press mixture firmly into the lined baking sheet.
- Bake 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let granola sit for 20 minutes to harden before breaking up. Store in an air tight container.
