Easy Maple Roasted Carrots
Roasted carrots are super tender, and cooked in a delicious maple glaze!
Prep Time 10 minutes mins
- 12 Large Carrots, peeled make sure to cut any larger ones in half length wise so they cook evenly.
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/4 tsp Fresh Rosemary, chopped + more for garnish (optional)
Preheat oven to 450°.
Peel and cut up carrots.
Add carrots to a large bowl along with olive oil, salt, pepper, maply syrup and rosemary. Mix until well combined.
Place the carrots in a small casserole dish (I used a pie dish).
Cover with foil and bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.
Carrots are done when tender.
Garnish with rosemary sprigs (optional).
