Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Peel and cut up carrots.
- Add carrots to a large bowl along with olive oil, salt, pepper, maply syrup and rosemary. Mix until well combined.
- Place the carrots in a small casserole dish (I used a pie dish).
- Cover with foil and bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.
- Carrots are done when tender.
- Garnish with rosemary sprigs (optional).
- Enjoy!
