Firecracker Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
  

Meatloaf

  • 1.2 LBS. Ground Turkey, 85% Lean
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 TSP Garlic Powder
  • 1 TBSP Onion Powder
  • 1/2 TSP Oregano
  • 1 Cup Plain Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 2 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce

Firecracker Sauce

  • 1/2 Cup Sriracha
  • 1.2 Cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 TSP Paprika
  • 1/4 TSP Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 TBSP Red Wine Vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In large bowl, add turkey, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, pepper, panko bread crumbs and Worcestershire sauce. Mix everything together until well combined.
  • Add turkey mixture to a loaf pan. Make a few slits on top of turkey for sauce to go in. Set aside. (I didn't spray mine with non stick spray. The turkey had enough fat in it to not stick. It came right out.)
  • In a small bowl, mix together sriracha, brown sugar, paprika, pepper flakes and red wine vinegar. Pour sauce mixture on top of turkey loaf.
  • Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  • Let stand and cool for about 15 minutes when it's out of the oven.
  • Enjoy!
