Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Prepare a muffin pan with non stick spray or muffin cups.
- Mix together dry ingredients until well combined.
- Add in egg, butter and mashed bananas. Mix until well combined.
- Scoop dough into prepared muffin cups. I used an ice cream scoop full of dough for each cup.
- Add about a teaspoon full of hazlenut spread on top of each muffin. Use toothpick to swirl hazlenut spread into muffin dough.
- Bake in prehheated oven for 17 minutes. To check if they are done, insert toothpick into middle of muffin. If it comes out clean, they are done.
