Gooey Nutella Banana Muffins
These banana muffins are nice and soft on the inside, with a gooey chocolatey swirl of Nutella on top.
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 TSP Baking Powder
- 1 TSP Baking Soda
- 1/2 TSP Salt
- 3 Ripe Bananas, mashed
- 1/2 Cup White Sugar
- 1 Large Egg
- 1/4 Cup Unsalted Butter, melted
- 1/2 Cup Hazelnut Spread I used Nutella
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare a muffin pan with non stick spray or muffin cups.
Mix together dry ingredients until well combined.
Add in egg, butter and mashed bananas. Mix until well combined.
Scoop dough into prepared muffin cups. I used an ice cream scoop full of dough for each cup.
Add about a teaspoon full of hazlenut spread on top of each muffin. Use toothpick to swirl hazlenut spread into muffin dough.
Bake in prehheated oven for 17 minutes. To check if they are done, insert toothpick into middle of muffin. If it comes out clean, they are done.
