Place shredded zucchini in a paper towel, and wring out excess liquid.
In a large bowl, mix together shredded zucchini, ground turkey, egg, garlic powder, cumin, and salt. Divid mixture into 4 equal portions. Form into patties.
Heat your grill to medium heat (350°). After cleaning grill grates, spray with non stick spray.
Place each pattie on grill and cook for about 7-10 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature of each patties center reaches 165°.
Place buns on grill to warm up (optional).
When burgers are done, put together burgers by spreading some mayonnaise on bottom bun, and honey mustard on top bun. Followed by a few pickles, the turkey patty, a tomato slice, and some lettuce.
Place top of bun on top, and enjoy! Serve with side of choice!
