Healthy Slow Cooker Orange Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 1-1.5 lbs. chicken breast or chicken breast tenderloins
  • 3/4 cups bbq sauce
  • 3/4 cups orange marmalade
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder

Method
 

  1. Cut your chicken up into bite size pieces. I used kitchen scissors for this. If you don't have kitchen scissors, use a sharp knife.
  2. Add your chicken pieces, garlic powder, onion powder, bbq sauce, orange marmalade and soy sauce. Mix around to combine everything well together.
  3. Cook on low heat for 5-6 hours. Serve with your choice of vegetable/side.
  4. Enjoy!

Notes

You can prepare this meal the night before to save on time in the morning. Add all of your ingredients to your slow cooker dish, or a large bowl and keep in fridge until you're ready to cook in the morning.
