No-Bake Protein Balls

No-Bake Protein Balls

Servings: 12 Protein Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 6 TBSP Coconut Flour
  • 2 TBSP Almond Flour
  • 4 TBSP Coconut Sugar, or natural sweetener of choice
  • 1/4 TSP Cinnamon
  • 4 TBSP all natural peanut butter, smooth
  • 2 TBSP Pure Maple Syrup
  • 2-4 TBSP Mix-Ins of choice I used flax seeds and dark chocolate chips
  • 6-7 TBSP Almond Milk, or dairy free milk of choice

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, mix together your coconut flour, almond flour, sugar of choice and cinnamon.
  2. Add peanut butter, maple syrup and mix ins. Mix together until dough turns clumpy.
  3. Add your milk in, 2 tablespoons at a time, just to make sure you don't make dough too watery. You want a nice thick dough that doesn't stick to spatula.
  4. Take about a tablespoon size piece of dough, and roll into ball. Place on wax paper on plate and let balls chill in fridge for about 30 minutes.
  5. Enjoy!

Notes

You can make these protein balls vegan by making sure your mix-ins are also dairy free!!
