4TBSPCoconut Sugar, or natural sweetener of choice
1/4TSPCinnamon
4TBSPall natural peanut butter, smooth
2TBSPPure Maple Syrup
2-4TBSPMix-Ins of choiceI used flax seeds and dark chocolate chips
6-7TBSPAlmond Milk, or dairy free milk of choice
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together your coconut flour, almond flour, sugar of choice and cinnamon.
Add peanut butter, maple syrup and mix ins. Mix together until dough turns clumpy.
Add your milk in, 2 tablespoons at a time, just to make sure you don't make dough too watery. You want a nice thick dough that doesn't stick to spatula.
Take about a tablespoon size piece of dough, and roll into ball. Place on wax paper on plate and let balls chill in fridge for about 30 minutes.
