One Pan Sweet Chili Chicken Bites With Asparagus And Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 1-1.5 LBS. Chicken Breast or Chicken Breast Tenderloins, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 TSP Onion Powder
  • 1/2 TSP Garlic Powder
  • Olive Oil
  • 1 TBSP Soy Sauce or Liquid Aminos
  • 1/3 Cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 Bunch Asparagus
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
  • 2 Lemon Slices
  • 2-3 Medium Yellow Potatoes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • In a Large zip lock freezer bag add cut up chicken, salt and pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and sweet chili sauce. Close bag tightly and mix everything with your hands from the outside of thee bag, making sure each piece of chicken is in the sauce.
  • Marinate for at least 30 minutes. If you are able to marinate for longer, go for it!
  • While chicken is marinating, you want to cut up your potatoes and prepare your asparagus.
  • In two separate large bowls, add your cut up potatoes to one and asparagus to the other. Add some olive oil, salt and pepper to each bowl. Mix around. Set aside.
  • When chicken is done marinating, coat a large baking sheet with non stick spray. Add your marinated chicken in the middle, asparagus on both sides and potatoes on both ends.
  • Bake for about 25-30 minutes.
