114.5 oz. CanFire Roasted Diced Tomatoes, drained well
2-3MediumYellow Summer Squash, cubed small
1TSPChili Powder
1/2TSPSmoked Paprika
Salt & Papper, to taste
1TBSPolive oil
1 CupAsiago Cheese, Shredded
2ClovesGarlic (minced)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°.
In a large oven safe sauté pan, add olive oil and diced onion. Cook over medium-high heat until onion starts to turn translucent and fragrant. About 5 minutes.
Add ground turkey to pan. Break up the turkey and blend it well with the onions.
Add your minced garlic and spices to pan. Mix everything together to combine. Cook until turkey is completely cooked.
Drain your turkey and take off the heat. Add in your cut up squash and tomatoes. Mix everything together.
Add your cheese on top evenly.
Cook in preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the squash are soft.
