Pumpkin Bisque
A super easy pumpkin bisque recipe that is creamy, delicious and hearty!

- 3 Cups Chicken Broth or Vegetable Broth
- 1 Cup Half and Half
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 15 oz. Cans of Pumpkin Puree
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg
- Salt + Pepper, to taste
- Fresh Sage Leaves, for garnish (optional)
In large pot, add both cans of pumpkin, broth, half and half, onion powder, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Mix around until everything is well combined.
Over high heat, bring mixture to a boil. Cover and lower heat to a simmer. Simmer for 1 hour, stirring once in a while.
Serve in soup bowls with a sage leaf garnish (optional). Or a sprinkle of cinnamon (optional).
