Roasted Butternut Squash With Herbs And Garlic

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Butternut Squash, cubed small
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • Dash Of Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Thyme
  • 3-4 Large Leaves of Sage, chopped OR 2 tbsp Dried Sage
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400ยบ.
  • Line a baking sheet with non stick spray or parchment paper. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix together cubed squash and all ingredients. Mix well until everything is coated and combined.
  • Dump on baking sheet and spread out. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
