Roasted Garlic & Herb Artisan Bread

Servings 1 Loaf

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Bulbs Roasted Garlic
  • 1/4 TSP Fresh Sage, chopped
  • 1/4 TSP Fresh Thyme, chopped
  • 3 Cups Artisan Bread Flour
  • 2 TSP Salt
  • 1/2 TSP Active Dry Yeast or Instant Yeast
  • 1 1/2 Cups Warm Water

Instructions
 

  • Roast your garlic. When its done, set aside to cool.
  • Mix together flour, water, salt, and yeast in a stand mixer with dough hook attachment, or large bowl with wooden spoon.
  • Once the garlic has cooled enough to handle, remove the garlic from the skin, and chop the cloves into smaller pieces.
  • Add garlic and chopped herbs to the bowl with other ingredients.
  • Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  • Cover bowl with dough tightly with plastic wrap. Let sit for 10 hours or overnight.
  • Once dough has risen, place on a baking sheet with parchment paper or non stick silicon mat. Sprinkler top of dough with flour.
  • Bake at 450 for 45 minutes. Enjoy!
