Method
- Place all ingredients in processor or blender. If you have a small processor like me, puree the chopped peppers first to add room, then add the rest of the ingredients.
- Puree until the mixture is nice and smooth, free of any large clumps.
- Pour into a small bowl, cover and let chill for at least 1 hour. The longer the dip sits, the tastier it'll be!
- Serve with crackers, pita, or fresh vegetables. Enjoy!
