Method
- Wash and slice your brussel sprouts the long way, trimming off the stem.
- In large bowl mix together the brussel sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Over medium-high heat, cook brussel sprouts cut side down for about 5 min, cover pan.
- When they start turning brown, turn them over to other side and add the sausage.
- Cover and cook for another 15-20 minutes. Make sure to stir around here and there.
- Once the brussel sprouts look dark brown and tender, they are done.
