Simple & Healthy | Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients
  

  • 2 TBSP olive oil
  • 2 Large sweet potatoes try and get longer ones for the long fry shape
  • 1/4 TSP Salt sprinkle on after fries are cooked
  • 1/2 TSP Onion Powder
  • 1/2 TSP Mrs. Dash garlic + herb seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 390 degrees.
  2. Wash and peel potatoes.
  3. Slice potatoes the long way making them into a fry shape.
  4. Place potatoes on large bowl.
  5. Add olive oil and spice. NOT SALT
  6. Use your hands to mix the potatoes with olive oil and salt, making sure to evenly coat each piece.
  7. Spread evenly on baking sheet. Make sure none are on top of eachother.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Or until they turn brown.
  9. Once they are done, immediately sprinkle evenly with salt.
  10. Enjoy!

Notes

Some of the fries may not crisp up as well as others, but they still taste just as amazing!
