Preheat oven to 375°. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
Wash squash, and cut in half. Scoop seeds and "guts" out with spoon and toss.
Season the inside of squash with salt, pepper and onion powder. Drizzle with some olive oil.
Place the two pieces of squash, cut side down on baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
In the mean time, cook your ground turkey over medium heat.
Once the turkey is cooked, add your sauce, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce, basil, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Stir everything around until its mixed well. Cover and let simmer over low heat until your spaghetti squash is done.
When squash is done, let it cool down to handle.
Using a fork, scoop out the spaghetti squash and place it in the pan with the sauce. Mix everything around to get the spaghetti squash coated.
Sprinkle with some parmesan cheese (optional) and enjoy!
