Super Easy Almond Flour Crackers
these almond flour crackers are so easy and tasty! Perfect for low carb diets or gluten free diets!

- 1 cup Almond Flour
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
- 1 Large Egg
- Parchment Paper
Preheat oven to 350°
In small bowl, whisk together egg and coconut oil
In seperate bowl, add almond flour and add egg/oil mixture to flour. Mix until well combined.
Place dough on a sheet of parchment paper, and place another piece of parchment paper on top.
Take a rolling pin on top of parchment paper and smooth out dough until its nice a thin. About 1/8 inch thick.
Transfer the sheet of dough (between parchment paper still) on a baking sheet. Take top piece of parchment paper off.
Using a pizza cutter, cut lines into dough making squares. Sprinkle sheet of dough evenly with salt. Leave dough on parchment paper and bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until crackers start to brown.
When done, let cool. Break crackers up into precut squares.
