Method
- In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, add cream cheese, velveeta, shredded cheddar cheese, evaporated milk, pepper and onion powder.
- Cover and let everything melt down. Give it a stir occasionally.
- In the meantime, cook pasta according to box directions.
- Once everything has pretty much melted, add half and half and whisk together with cheese sauce until everything is combined and sauce is smooth and creamy. You don't want chunks.
- Once pasta is cooked and drained, and cheese sauce is completely smooth, dump cheese sauce in pot with pasta, and mix around until pasta is coated with sauce.

**This recipe is for a large crowd of people. If you'd like to make it as a family serving size, cut each ingredient in half!**
