The Best Lemon Crinkle Cookies

Unsalted Butter, melted and cooled

Granulated Sugar

Egg

Egg Yolk

Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

Grated Lemon Zest

Pure Vanilla Extract
1
TSP
Lemon Extract
Powdered Sugar For Coating
Instructions
Mix together your flour, baking soda salt and sugar.
Add in your melted butter, egg, egg yolk, lemon juice, vanilla extract and lemon extract. Mix until well combined.
Add your lemon zest. Mix until well combined.
Transfer your dough onto plastic wrap, and wrap up. Chill in fridge for 3-4 hours.
When dough is done chilling, preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Roll dough into 1 inch balls, roll in powdered sugar to coat completely. Place balls on lined baking sheet 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes. The cookies are done when they don't jiggle in the middle. Let cool completely.
