Rinse, drain jackfruit. Pull apart with fingers so it resembles the look of pulled pork.
Chop up your broccoli and onion.
Over medium- high heat, heat olive oil in large frying pan. Add jackfruit, broccoli, onion, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Cook for about 8-10 minutes.
Add BBQ sauce and water to pan. Stir to mix. Turn heat down to low.
Simmer for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook your quinoa according to package directions.
Serve quinoa topped with jackfruit and broccoli mixture.
