This recipe for vegan blueberry cookies is amazing. They are super tasty. They texture is perfect, and they have a beautiful purple color, thanks to the blueberries! Kids will love them!
If you aren’t a vegan, most people get turned off by the word “vegan”. It’s just how it is, unfortunately.
These cookies are vegan only because there is no egg, and I used plant based butter, which me and my gut have been loving lately!
The texture of these cookies is the perfect texture, if you’re a soft cookie fan.
They are so soft. Like melt in your mouth soft. It’s insane.
The entire time I was making these cookies, I was craving some black raspberry ice cream. Thats exactly what the dough looked like! Such a beautiful color…with zero added food dye!
Like I said, kids will love them! That purple color will for sure grab their attention.
They are the perfect size too. Not too big, not too small.
