- Roast your garlic. When its done, set aside to cool.
- Mix together flour, water, salt, and yeast in a stand mixer with dough hook attachment, or large bowl with wooden spoon.
- Once the garlic has cooled enough to handle, remove the garlic from the skin, and chop the cloves into smaller pieces.
- Add garlic and chopped herbs to the bowl with other ingredients.
- Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
- Cover bowl with dough tightly with plastic wrap. Let sit for 10 hours or overnight.
- Once dough has risen, place on a baking sheet with parchment paper or non stick silicon mat. Sprinkler top of dough with flour.
- Bake at 450 for 45 minutes. Enjoy!
