I recently had a little dinner party for my girlfriends, and made this roasted red pepper dip for an appetizer. It was a hit! So here I am, sharing the recipe with you!
It is so simple and easy to make. Using simple ingredients, and not that many.
A lot of dips that I make at least, always have some sort of cream based ingredient. Usually cream cheese. But I make sure to use low fat whenever I can to make it as guilt free as possible!
If you have a food processor, or blender, then this recipe will work out perfectly for you. You literally throw all of the ingredients in, hit blend, and blend until its nice a smooth. So easy!
And just like any type of dip, it always tastes better than longer it sits in the fridge. Te flavors have time to marinate with one another.
The perfect consistency of any dip is not too thick so it doesn’t break your cracker, but not too thin or soupy so its sliding off of your cracker. This dip is the PERFECT consistency for dipping!
You can use whatever you’d like to dip it with, but I’d suggest cut up pita bread, or crackers of your choice!
I’ve also made this dip to keep in a container on hand. When you want a yummy snack that tastes good, and isn’t super bad for you, its perfect! You can dip it with celery, or a vegetable. Yum!
If you make this recipe, I hope you enjoy it!
