Method
- In a crockpot, add chicken. Sprinkle with some salt.
- In a small bowl, mix together bbq sauce, Italian dressing, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar.
- Pour bbq sauce mixture on top of chicken in crockpot. Cover and cook on high heat for 3-4 hours.
- When chicken is done, take breasts out of crockpot and onto a large plate. Using two forks, shred the chicken. Place shredded chicken back into crockpot and cook for another 15 minutes.
- In meantime, put together your ranch slaw (if you are serving this pulled chicken on a bun). Chop your cabbage and mix with ranch dressing and dill.
- Serve pulled chicken on a bulky roll, with slaw and red onion on top. Or eat this pulled chicken any way you'd like!!
