Method
- Whisk together flour, baking powder and salt.
- Thaw frozen blueberries in microwave safe bowl, in microwave for 30-40 seconds, until they are soft.
- Using a stand mixer or handheld mixer, cream together butter and sugar.
- Add blueberries and mix on high speed until the berries are all crushed and dough is purple.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until everything is well combined and dough is smooth.
- Chill dough in freezer for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Shape dough into 12 balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10-13 minutes, or until cookies start to brown on edges.
- Let cookies cool, enjoy!
