Greek Yogurt Funfetti Cupcakes

These greek yogurt funfetti cupcakes are better than the OG funfetti cupcake! Using only 3 ingredients, they are so easy to make, super moist and the perfect sweet treat!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box of funfetti cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup 0% fat plain greek yogurt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Grease cupcake/muffin pans.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, water and greek yogurt.
  4. Spoon batter into greased cupcake molds.
  5. I did about 2 tablespoon sized scoops for each cupcake. (mine made about 19 cupcakes)
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes.
  7. Insert toothpick in middle of cupcake to ensure they are done.
  8. Enjoy!
